Born in a middle class family in Kanpur, with father as clerk & mother as housewife, Er. Vinay Verma had a very modest childhood. Both his mother & father played an equal role of big institution for him. Soon after completing his B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering for NIT Pantnagar he started preparing for IAS. To match the means during preparation for IAS he started teaching and soon discovered that he was not made for civil services but had a inherent teacher in him. This quest to discover a teacher in him led him to several national coachings like AAKASH & CAREER POINT as a senior faculty.After a decade of teaching all over India & gaining multidimensional experience of teaching mathematics for IIT-JEE he decided to share his vast experience of teaching mathematics by founding CATALYST.
